I’m confused here.
Obviously, he has absolutely no idea of any negative effects he’s having on anybody or anything.
And unlike that nightmare shade thing that infected blue falcon, she seems like a person that can be reasoned with.
Why don’t these people ever just sit down and talk things out?
He’s supposed to be a good guy, surely she must see this. She might even be able to use it to her advantage to get these lost innocent/powerful/good people back by getting him to will it if his will is really so powerful.
She should use some common sense here. Heroes don’t fight heroes.
Some really thoughtful and interesting points there. I agree that in a lot of conflicts like this in other writing the reasons for the conflict end up as contrived and forced (see almost every hero vs hero crossover in superhero comics). Still the nature of Brian’s power over his surroundings and the nature of the mystery woman’s grievances have many facets that have yet to be fully explained.
The best I can do to explain that without giving anything away is to say that our current antagonist has some aspects of her that are less then heroic, and common sense is probably not her first concern.
I am very excited to see how you react as this story pans out, as a lot of interesting things are coming down the pipe ^.^.
Hmm yeah true. Except batman. He’ll fight anyone any time, because he’s the goddamned batman lol.
But if she’s got some sinister motive, that makes more sense.
But when it comes to common sense, she’s been planning this attack, which means she’s had time to stop and think. So common sense should have kicked in.
With a cataclysmic confrontation looming of Ragnarok proportions, this is no time to worry about a warranty!
